Materiales para energía y medioambiente

The processing and characterization of materials for energy applications include functional materials (superconductors, thermoelectrics, ionic conductors, microtubular and planar SOFT ceramics) and structural materials (composites and nano-composites for energy alternative transport and wind mills and ceramic with good mechanical behaviour for high temperatures working).

The versality and efficiency of the material laser processing is a common tool of most of the contained subfields, but also the interaction of the light with the chemical process in materials is considered.
